This is where I keep my inspiration for weight loss and living a healthy lifestyle. I've gone up and down on the scales my whole life and have decided this needs to stop. I did all the work once before and dropped 80lbs in the past only to gain it back and then some. I'm using this tumblr to help me keep motivated and stay on track to loose weight, give me a place to keep track of what I eat, be healthy, and stay young.
