Another from my thinnest, 15 or 16 here.
Me at my thinnest. Didn’t realize I was so thin… almost too thin.
6 years ago, at one of my low weights. ~sigh.
I’m back. I got swept up in life and forgot about this to be honest. I didn’t realize it had been so long since I started it. A year has past and I’m pretty much where I left off at least, no gain. I’m back on the track of healthy living and will be using this much more actively. How’s everyone been doing since last year?
At the beach last year, and a few months ago.
More toned but still quiet a ways to go.
Hello. I’m Courtney, 22 yrs old female, from Florida and I’m trying to challenge myself. Here is my story:
I was overweight as a teenager hitting 200lbs at age 13. By the time I was 16 though a mix of diet, puberty, and dancing I had lost 60lbs. I kept gradually loosing weight and by the time I was 18 I was down to 120lbs. I was able to maintain this for awhile but by ways of work, stress, slipping from dieting and exercise started to take hold. Next thing I knew I was stressed about everything in life and weighted 175lbs. I slipped into a bit of depression and by the end of 2010 I was up to 215lbs or more at age 22. I lost some weight after a major depressive issue where I had trouble developing an appetite. This weight loss though small encouraged me to keep going. I got back into working out and lost more weight bringing me down to 170lbs, smallest I had been in quiet some time. I started to slack on the exercise and while my weight has stayed the same I don’t feel as toned as I did before and that is where I am now. I realized I need to get back to exercising to help me loss weight and if nothing else tone up. My eating habits aren’t the healthiest either and I know that that is something that I will need to work on.
And that’s why I’m here. I want to keep motivated and inspired. Expect lots of before and afters (my own will be up sometime soon), inspiring messages, workout plans, meal suggestions, the rare but occasional health thinspo.
